No news is good news???
Well, I consider it bad news but that is only because I am so eager to meet my little son! Still no baby. In fact, I have only had two contractions all day. However, I am still very cranky, hot and experiencing pelvic pressure and bowel "issues." Maybe tomorrow, eh? I had a very spicy lunch and James and I are going for a 4 mile walk in a few minutes. Will keep you all posted!

I vote for next Monday when the strike is over at the Medical Center. Dorian waited for us to return from the World of Bluegrass in Nashville so he can wait until the strike ends and the regular Labor & Delivery nurses come back to work. I have already reviewed my decades old nursing school notes on how to deliver a baby (that is the only health care procedure that has not changed). Fingers crossed for October 15th. Yes, you're right. Either Dorian should come tonight or tomorrow, or else he needs to be sure to wait until Monday, October 15th or later. James will be away gigging in Southern California from Friday, October 12 until Sunday, October 14 (very late that night). If Dorian is my son, he will abide by these rules. :)
